When are the classes conducted?
Our classes are conducted weekly at Swimming Complex which includes Bishan, Toa Payoh and Hougang.
There are no swimming lessons on public holidays.
Do you offer trial classes?
Yes we do a paid trial, it allows us to assess your child and ensure that he/she is placed in an appropriate class.
We do our best based on your child's ability and availability to ensure they are placed in the correct level for trial.
How long are the swimming lessons?
All our lessons are 45mins long for children who are 3yo and above.
There are times where younger children are feeling too cold, or having a" a bad day" and we may suggest for them to end class earlier.

What are the enrolment costs?
Free. We do not charge enrolment fees
How are fees paid?
Fees are paid in advance, per month, at the start of each month.
Preferred payment is by PayNow (Invoice and receipt will be sent via email to at the end of each month)
How much notice do I have to give to withdraw from lessons?
Please notify 4 weeks prior to date of withdrawal.
What is your makeup lesson policy?
Students are entitled to make up lessons due to the following reasons, school events, away for holiday, or any other reasons, subjected to approval, if we are notified at least 24 hours prior to lesson.
A Medical certificate is required if unable to notify prior to 24 hours. While we have numerous slots for make-up lessons, it is subjected on availability so that class would not exceed our 6 student ratio. Once scheduled there are no make-up classes for make-up classes if missed.
What is your rain/lightning policy?
Land training program will be conducted if the pool is closed due to lightning strikes.
This includes land drills and SwimSafer 2.0 theory lessons, which is used to develop and maintain strength, endurance, and technique outside of the pool as well as impart water safety knowledge to students.
